Angela Neal and Steve Campbell have been hired to sell advertising for The Marysville Globe and The Arlington Times.

Neal, who will sell in Marysville, is a graduate of Bothell and lives in Silver Lake. She said she didn’t pick sales, “It picked me. I was good at it, and it was a good way to make money without having a four-year degree.” She has two daughters. They like to go on weekend road trips, out to breakfast and hang out with friends. Neal loves music but has “eclectic” taste, including a collection of vinyl jazz albums. She also likes to collect Starbuck coffee mugs and movies from the 1940s. She also likes photography, mystery novels and to travel.

Campbell, who will sell in Arlington, is a lifetime resident of Marysville. He graduated from Marysville-Pilchuck in 1981. He used to work for the old Pay N Pak stores, but most recently was a sales executive for a Mount Vernon company.

He has a wife and two children. When the kids were in school he was involved in PTA, Scouts and coaching. “I’m a devoted dad,” he said.

Now, he likes to do wood projects, like birdhouses and feeders.

He’s a big Seahawks fan, but his son went to Eastern Washington University so he also supports the Eagles. He would go over a few times a year and see games, and he became a fan of Cooper Kupp, now with the NFL Rams.
