Field of dreams for Little Leaguers in Marysville

MARYSVILLE – Playing on your home turf is taking on a new meaning in Marysville.

Astroturf is being placed down at Cedar Field, home of Marysville Little League.

LED lights also have been installed for night games and practices.

A portable mound will be available for both hardball and softball games.

A grand opening will take place March 28 at 10 a.m., which coincides with the opening of Little League.

From the stands, spectators have a great view of the entire field.
